Visibility of Signal Faces
A SIGNAL AHEAD sign was originally installed for the listed signal, with a street-name supplementary plate. But in the interim, the sight distance obstructing trees have been removed, and another signal has been installed between the sign and the original intersection. So the street name plate now refers to the wrong street.
Walnut St Bloomington Lane Continuity engineering standard All of the lanes available at the south end of Bloomington are dropped before the street leaves Bloomington at the north end. New lanes are added on the left, but lanes are dropped on the right.

Signing for Minor Interchange
This minor exit ramp just before the exit ramp for Indiana 48 has no advance guide sign or gore sign, as required by this section. Some drivers take the wrong exit. This set of ramps will soon be removed

The yellow change for left turns is often less than the required 3 seconds.
Minimum Green engineering standard The green for left turns is often less than the recommended 7 seconds.
Wynndale Dr and Third St Bloomington Sign for illegal movement. The sign requiring right turns on red to yield to U turns is shown to traffic that can't legally make a right turn on red. To get to the right turn, traffic would have to first make an illegal left or straight ahead on a red light. The sign should say NO TURN ON RED.
