I was studying the numeration system used in Judah at the time of Christ, and I stumbled onto some important facts:

• The first nine letters of the Hebrew alphabet are also used for the numbers 1, 2, 3, ... 9. (The next letter is 0 today, but it wasn't then.)
• The sixth letter of the Hebrew alphabet is the letter waw.
• The letter waw has the sound of the English letter w.
• Thus, the number 666 translates into www.

The number of the beast will probably originate in the United States, as part of a "cashless society" intended to reduce crime and save government money. It will probably be of a form similar to:

www.sss-ss-ssss.bank.cc

Where:
  www ........... is actual text,
  sss-ss-ssss ... is your Social Security number,
  bank .......... is a code indicating an account site, and
  cc ............ is the country code.

According to the Bible (Revelation 13:11-18; 14:9-12, and 20:1-15), anyone who takes this number is condemned to eternal torment.

This will make identity-theft ridiculously easy. But government will adopt it anyway, to save money.

The mark of the beast will probably be a tattooed barcode or a microchip containing this information. The Bible prohibits tattoos and body cutting too.
