SURROUND SWAP SWITCH

You will need the following:

• One double-pole-double-throw toggle switch
• 1 small plastic box to mount the parts in.
• Four 1/4" phone jacks.
• Wire

Assembly Instructions:

1. Wire the circuit as shown.
2. Finish assembling the box.
